A programme to recognise and identify potential student leaders to fill in several positions on student levels (Musleh, BADAR, Hostel Leaders, Peers). Its main objective is to provide an educational opportunity and experience for IISSA student leaders on the organisation and operation of a cooperative. The modules include indoor and outdoor activities, interactive leadership exercises, critical thinking skills, public speaking, entrepreneurship, as well as organisational management.
